Donnie has been exposed to the commercial roofing industry his entire life, with his father being a commercial roofing foreman for over 40 years. He started his career in the field while attending Bloomsburg University. He was offered a position as a Service Manager, subsequently promoted to Project Manager and then President of Construction. In 2019, Donnie partnered with Matt at Ream Roofing to fulfill a lifelong dream of being a business owner in commercial roofing. Donnie utilizes his 20 years of experience in the industry, strong business development, and operations management skills to continue to lead Ream Roofing as a premier commercial roofing contractor in the Mid-Atlantic.
As you can guess, being born into it, roofing comes natural to Matt. He began working in the field as laborer after graduating from York Catholic in 1985, while pursuing a degree from York College. In 1990, after obtaining his BS, Matt began learning the office and admin side of roofing. When he became President and Owner in 1994, he focused on maintaining the quality and trust built with the clients over the past four generations.
